Contingent Recruitment can be used for exclusive roles with no upfront fees or strict contingency search which means that there is no exclusivity to the arrangement and therefore the Client company can use multiple recruiters to increase results. Amco Recruits as a search firm will only collect a fee if we find and place a suitable candidate for the Client’s open position. Fees for contingency searches usually vary between 12-25% depending on geographic location being sourced, the industry, specific talent being recruited, and the number of positions being filled.
